From Eden to Before the Flood — Humanity's First Homes (c. 4026–2370 BCE)

From the creation and expulsion of Adam and Eve in the garden of Eden, through Cain's eastward migration to the land of Nod where he built the first city Enoch, to the time of Enosh in Seth's line when people began calling on Jehovah's name, and onward to the increase of humanity and the filling of the earth with violence before the Flood destroyed it all — the earliest record of human migration and settlement, and the long prelude of civilization's descent from innocence into corruption.
